How do I pay for the courses I wish to take?
You can pay the course fees using your credit card. Alternatively you can pay cash at FMHS.

Can I cancel my course order after payment?
Yes, you can cancel any course (except the online courses) in which you enrolled and your money will be refunded less a 20% processing fee.

Is the credit card payment with your site secure?
The credit card payment is fully secure and all the transaction details go directly to the bank and we do not collect any credit card information in our system.

What is the procedure if I want to accredit a course which I am conducting?
Please see our Accreditation Guidelines available from the main menu.

What are the minimum system requirements to take a course online?
You should have at least a Pentium-III computer with preferably Windows Operating System. We recommend to use Internet Explorer 6.1 or higher as our courses are optimized for that.

How I will get the attendance certificate for the online course?
As soon as you complete a course, you can print the attendance certificate on your own from the "My Transcript" menu item on the left side of the website.

Is there any limitation in the number of attempts for the evaluation at the end of the course?
Currently there is no limitation set in the number of attempts. But we may enforce that in the future.

What if some one else takes a course in my name for me?
That certainly will be treated as fraud. Pleas read our "Terms and Conditions".

Can I take a break while doing a course and continue from where I left after a day or two?
No. You have to finish the online course in one go or else you may have to start from the beginning. Most of the courses have navigation buttons to navigate to any part of the course and that could be handy if you want to do it in small chunks

Can I retake a course if I fail in the evaluation at the end of the course?
Yes. You can retake the course and attempt the evaluation at the end more than once. At present we have not set any limit to the retake attempts, but we may soon enforce some.

Is UAE-CME.com the same as  UAEU-CME.com?
Yes. Both sites are same. It has come to our notice that people by mistake type UAE instead of UAEU. To avoid our users getting lost we registered both names and both point to the same content.
